Application

Three-core power cables are designed for fixed installations, indoors, outdoors, in dry ducts, in tunnels.

Cable design:

1. Conductor: copper round stranded or sector shape acc. to EN 60228 class 2;
2. Insulation: PVC-compound;
3. Inner sheath: PVC-compound;
4. Shield: conductive paper and copper tapes;
5. Separation layer: polymer tapes;
6. Outer sheath: PVC compound.

Design Versions:

VVGng - cables with flame retardant performance acc. to IEC 60332-3;
VVGng-LS - cables with low smoke/gas emission flame retardant performance acc. to IEC 60332-3.

TS U 31.3-05758730-024-2002;
DSTU EN 60228.

Main technical and mechanical characteristics

Ambient temperature from -50°С to +50°С
Installation of the cables without prior heating should be carried out temp., not less than -15°С
Continuous permissible conductor temperature +70°С
Minimum bending radius by laying:  
- single core cable  
- multi core cable 10 cable diameters
