Dear Sirs,
In accordance with "The law of the Ukraine about joint-stock companies" and resolution of the General Meeting of JSC Odeskabel (Record #18 dd. 12 October 2011), a decision has been made to change the type of the joint-stock company.
As provided by the new version of the Charter, registered on 7 November 2011, Open Joint-stock company Odeskabel has changed the type of the joint-stock company into the Public Joint-stock company.

For 8 months of 2011, Odeskabel's output exceeded UAH421m, which is 41.1% more than in the same period of 2010. Odeskabel's sales for 8 months of 2011 amounted to UAH411,7m, which is 35% more than in the same period of 2010.
